OHS provides customised, cost-effective complete solutions for hydrogen production, storage and utilisation. Renewable electricity and water are converted into H₂, which can be reconverted into electricity and heat on demand.
The modular electrolysis system enables flexible adaptation to different applications. Electrolysis capacity ranges from 2.4 to 500 kW, with hydrogen production from 0.51 to 125 Nm³/h – ideal for SMEs with small to medium hydrogen requirements.
Applications
OHS On-Site (Core | Industry | Mobility):
Small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) produce green hydrogen directly on site using modular electrolysis systems. This ensures cost efficiency, supply security, and independence from volatile and expensive external deliveries.
OHS Mobility:
Hydrogen produced locally is used as an emission-free fuel for applications such as forklifts and other industrial vehicles, enabling clean and reliable operations.
OHS Battery:
Hydrogen-based systems act as seasonal energy storage for buildings and districts. Surplus solar energy generated in summer is stored and converted back into electricity and heat during winter or periods of low solar availability.
OHS Autonomy (ECORE):
Integrated, containerized plug-and-play solutions combine electricity, heat, and hydrogen into one intelligent system. These solutions enable a high degree of energy independence for industrial sites, commercial properties, and infrastructure.
OHS Education:
With hands-on training systems, teaching kits, and structured courses, OHS delivers practical education in hydrogen technology—supporting vocational training, professional development, and international knowledge transfer.
