Dr. Sankara Subramanian

Grid Leader with 33+ years of international experience in Power Grid sector covering, transmission & distribution including the latest technological resources employed in today's grid to meet the energy transition with renewable resources. He is currently the Sales & Business development Director for Middle East & India, responsible for developing local business and promoting ESS products in the Middle Eastern and Indian markets.

Sankara holds 17 International Granted patents.

He is very active member of international WG committees.

Sankara has authored and presented 70+ combined conference papers and Journals over the last 20 years.

Sankara Subramanian is passionate about the grid activities particularly during these exciting times of energy transition, he likes to solve Grid customers challenges by listening to each of those specific challenges (as he believes every customer problem is unique) and proposes the most optimized and value-added solution that will benefit the customer and the wider grid.
