Grid connection bottleneck: Current legal situation and questions regarding grid connection from the perspective of the Clearingstelle EEG|KWKG
Many people requesting a connection and those willing to feed into the grid complain that they can only connect their renewable energy systems to the grid with long delays. At the same time, many grid operators are struggling with a lack of grid capacity and the high number of grid connection requests. At the event, the Clearingstelle will provide an overview of its work and present the current legal situation regarding grid connection under the EEG. A special focus will be placed on the questions frequently received by the Clearingstelle and the changes to the law that have been in force since February. Participants will then be invited to share their experiences and ask questions.
For 18 years, the Clearingstelle has been creating legal certainty in the area of the EEG, KWKG and MsbG and offers the opportunity to resolve disputes without costly legal proceedings.
