With 30 years experience in the utility business and a strong connection to innovation topics in all voltage levels of the electricity infrastructure he developed a lot of studies and research projects about smart grid, flexibility options, grid stability and other tasks of grid integration to realise the energy transition in Germany and Europe. He is also active in international associations like Entso E, CIGRE and IEC.
